Narrative
The city provided $600,000 through tax increment financing for infrastructure improvements in the area of a Supercenter. The Associated Press reported on October 24, 1998 that the project received an additional $300,000 Community Development Block Grant to help with the improvements, but state and local officials did not return calls from Good Jobs First for more information on this portion of the deal.
