Narrative
As of early 2007, the development agreement was still being negotiated. The Supercenter will anchor a new retail district and be located in a community improvement district (which imposes an additional sales tax in the district) and sales tax increment financing district. Approximately $20 million generated from the districts will be used to fund the relocation of a school currently located on the development site. Another $4 to $6 million will be used for on-site infrastructure improvements.
