Narrative
Once the Wal-Mart Supercenter opens for business, the developer - Air-Web LLC - will begin receiving sales tax reimbursements over a seven year period up to $3.5 million. The reimbursements will be 50 percent of the state sales tax collected from the development and distributed to the village. The development will include other stores, but Wal-Mart is the only anchor, so we attributed the full amount to it.
